Medicare rebates and privately funded appointments:

 

The cost of a standard consultation (50 minutes) is $230.00.  Clients referred by a GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, will be able claim a rebate of $96.65 through Medicare.  The cost for an an extended consultation (80 minutes) is $345.  The same rebate of $96.65 through Medicare can be claimed.

Payment of the full fee is required on the day of your appointment.  Our healthcare management system will then process the rebate, which is received client's nominated bank account within a few days.

Some health funds may offer rebates for psychology services.  Individual funds can provide advise about this.​​

WorkCover and TAC

Cassie works with clients funded under WorkCover and TAC.  The cost of a standard consultation (50 minutes) is $230.00.  Payment of the full fee is required on the day of the appointment.  Clients will be sent a receipt to claim through their insurance funding body.  Depending on the approval letter from WorkCover/TAC, there may be a gap fee to be paid by the client.

NDIS:

Cassie works with self-managed clients under NDIS.  The cost of a standard consultation (50 minutes) is $232.99.  Payment of the full fee is required on the day of the appointment.  Clients will be sent a receipt with a line item number so that they can claim through NDIS.
